Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@regenfiltering.world within 14 days of purchase.
Cancellations made 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the session fee.
Multi-session packages cancelled before the first session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after the first session incur a 25% administration fee.
Cancellations made 48 hours before a scheduled walk are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future walk. No refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
Digital products (habit plans, guides, templates) purchased are non-refundable once downloaded or access is granted, as they are consumable goods. Refunds are available for unopened/unused purchases within 14 days.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Clients may reschedule sessions at no additional cost if cancellation notice is provided 48 hours in advance. Reschedules must be completed within 90 days of the original session date.
Changes to programme format or content can be requested before the second session with a 25% adjustment fee. After the second session, changes incur a 50% adjustment fee.
This policy is provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you have concerns about the services provided, you may lodge a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
